This legally binding document outlines the health protections and responsibilities for puppies purchased from Puppies World Connection. We stand behind the quality of our Boston Terriers, French Bulldogs, and Toy Poodles with this detailed guarantee.
All puppies receive:
Three-stage veterinary examinations (at birth, 6 weeks, and before departure)
Complete vaccination series appropriate for age (DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies if age-eligible)
Deworming treatments at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks
Microchip implantation with registration paperwork
Certificate of veterinary inspection (health certificate) for transported puppies
We provide tiered coverage based on puppy age:
A. 30-Day Comprehensive Coverage
Covers all communicable illnesses and congenital defects
Includes parvovirus (with vet-confirmed diagnosis)
Requires examination by licensed vet within 72 hours of receipt
B. 12-Month Major Genetic Defect Guarantee
Covers life-impacting conditions including:
Cardiac defects requiring surgical intervention
Severe orthopedic conditions (Grade III-IV luxating patellas, hip dysplasia requiring surgery)
Neurological disorders (epilepsy, hydrocephalus)
Hereditary eye disorders (cataracts, progressive retinal atrophy)
Breed-specific respiratory issues (for French Bulldogs)
C. Lifetime Consultative Guarantee
Unlimited breeder support for health/training questions
Assistance interpreting genetic testing results
Nutritional counseling throughout dog’s life
Should a covered condition occur:
Immediate Notification Requirement
Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of diagnosis
Submit all veterinary records including lab results
Verification Process
We may request examination by our designated veterinarian
Genetic testing may be required at our expense
Resolution Options
Replacement puppy of equal value (next available litter)
Full reimbursement of veterinary costs (up to purchase price)
Partial purchase price refund (percentage based on age at diagnosis)
To maintain guarantee validity, buyer agrees to:
Annual veterinary examinations with records provided to breeder
Compliance with recommended vaccination schedules
Proper weight management (especially for French Bulldogs)
No elective surgeries (ear cropping, tail docking) without breeder consultation
Notification of any serious health events
This guarantee does not cover:
Conditions resulting from trauma or neglect
Illnesses occurring after failure to follow vaccination protocols
Cosmetic or minor conditions (umbilical hernias, retained baby teeth)
Behavioral issues developing after transfer
Allergies or environmental sensitivities
All puppies sold as “pet quality” unless under separate breeding contract
Spay/neuter required by 12 months unless breeding rights purchased
First right of refusal if owner cannot keep dog at any point in its life
Buyer receives complete packet including:
Signed health guarantee
Veterinary health records
Pedigree documentation
Feeding and care instructions
Microchip registration paperwork

This document represents the entire agreement between parties and supersedes all prior understandings. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties. Puppies World Connection reserves the right to amend these policies with 30 days notice to existing clients.
